So Andrew finally decided that it was time to get a new car. I've been telling him that it was time but does he listen to me, not all the time. Anyway here are some pictures of his new Mazda 3.

Camping at La Wis Wis

Just this last weekend we went camping for the first time with both girls at La Wis Wis campground. It was pretty good, but slightly stressful for me as it was our first time this year and first time in a long time. I was worried about forgetting something so I think I brought too much stuff:-). Anyway it was good over all, just a bit further away then I would have liked, but we are going there again at the end of August so I'll have to put up with the drive one more time.

Summer time activities

So summer has officially started. Dance and preschool ended back in June. Madison did great at her rehearsal. Here is a picture of her in her dance outfit.

Today was Friday Fun Day.

This is such a busy time of year for us, well me at least with running Madison around to all of her activities. I feel bad for poor Jenna as she doesn't have anything going on yet. But starting next week her and I both get to go to swimming lessons, she will be starting parent-tot swim. Next weekend we have a family reunion, we haven't seen some of this side of the family for around 5 years. Crazy! But living far away does that. At the end of this month we will be going camping close to where I used to live in Carson, its called Panther Creek campground. I literally used to live about 3 miles from that. It's in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. Then at the end of August we will be going camping with some of our good friends up at La Wis Wis campground again.

Unfortunately we aren't really doing much for today the 4th. Later tonight we will be going to the TRAC to watch the fireworks. The girls get so excited for it because they get to stay up late and all.

Tomorrow we are going fish with the girls for the first time and I can hardly wait. I'll be sure and post some pictures of that as well.

Update

I always mean to update more frequently, but I don't always find things to update anyone about. My life right now is pretty routine, nothing ever significant happens really. So I'll do the best I can with what I have.

Andrew: Will soon be starting a new job. It is officially ok for me to say so publicly since we had to be very hush hush about it until he gave his final notice. I'm very glad he's leaving the job he's at. Its time for him to grow and move on. I think he is ready as well and happy to go and grow, but change is hard for him and there is no doubt in my mind he is equally nervous. He will be doing mostly the same thing (computer stuff that I can't begin to explain) which will be nice for him. After he starts that job he will pick up with school again and try to double up on classes so that he will be done in December or February.

Madison: Just got done with school last week and is already "bored" and telling me that she "really misses school". Poor girl! She's still in dance until her recital on the 14th of June. Then right after that she will start swimming and soccer. Sounds like a lot, but she has a lot of energy to expend and she always wants to go.

Jenna: Well little miss Jenna will turn 3 at the end of July. I will be doing a parent-tot swim class with her during the summer to get her used to being with the instructors. Then after she turns 3 I might move her in to a Level 1, depending on how comfortable she is in the water. Either that or I'll just wait until next summer.

Me: Well.....life is basically the same. I've been going to church at a local non-denom. church called The Living Room Community Church. I love it! I'm excited to take the girls, they both love it as well. I'm just enjoying not being in school at the moment and don't really have any plans of going back to school or getting a job any time soon.

I guess that's pretty much it of late. Just living day to day enjoying the girls while they are little. I'll end with a picture.

I CUT MADISON'S HAIR!!!

So I have sorta been wanting to cut Madison's hair recently and tonight I went and did it.
I did myself so you can see that it isn't exactly even everywhere (I blame the scissors), but it still looks dang cute to me. Tell me should I become a hair stylist? LOL! I just hope I can get her hair into a bun for her ballet recital in a month:-).

My photo blog

So I wanted to get back in to photography because I have missed it so much. I don't always feel like I have the time to dedicate to it (gee, wonder why) but I'd still like to slowly remember stuff I learned when I was doing it for a senior project in high school. I loved it then, granted I was using my mentors camera and the one I have right now is just a point and shoot, it is a pretty good camera. Anyway I think this is part of my "finding me" journey. I started a photo blog which is strictly for my pictures. I don't know why I did it this way I just wanted to. Anyway take a look and tell me what you think. Thanks guys!!
