Camping at La Wis Wis again with the Z's

We went back to La Wis Wis this past weekend, but this time we went with our friends the Zabilka's. What a great time! This will now become and annual thing for sure.

So cool! I just started tonight and already I'm excited to go next week. We warmed up, learned a few moves, and then learned part of a dance. I know it doesn't sound like much, but when dancing is something I've wanted to do all my life and I'm just now getting around to it, its something big for me. Maybe I'll get some pictures posted at some point but for now you'll just have to imagine me dancing my a** off. :-) My next dance desire is Salsa/Meringue, too bad you need a partner for that one:-(

Whats new...

It's been awhile for a real blog. We quit swimming lessons a couple of weeks ago to get ready for the new school season. Going to swimming lessons every day was getting to be a bit much and we just wanted to relax before school and dance started up again. So we've been doing crafty things here and there, going to story time and even a free movie:-) We've still kept busy but at a leisurely pace. Madison won't be going in to kindergarten just yet. I don't think she is ready plus she turns 5 right before the cut off. Next year she will be one of the oldest in the class. I'm going to wait on Jenna as well. I'm hoping that this will put them at a good place when the are ready to go to public school. Other then one other camping trip that's about all we having coming up.

As for Andrew he will hopefully be going back to school sometime soon, he just needs to talk to the financial aid counselor.

Me? Well I'm trying to keep myself busy with different things other then cleaning and taking care of kids. I'm still playing around with photography, and I've recently taken up making jewelery. Not that I'm very good at either, but its fun to play around with.

So Andrew finally decided that it was time to get a new car. I've been telling him that it was time but does he listen to me, not all the time. Anyway here are some pictures of his new Mazda 3.

Camping at La Wis Wis

Just this last weekend we went camping for the first time with both girls at La Wis Wis campground. It was pretty good, but slightly stressful for me as it was our first time this year and first time in a long time. I was worried about forgetting something so I think I brought too much stuff:-). Anyway it was good over all, just a bit further away then I would have liked, but we are going there again at the end of August so I'll have to put up with the drive one more time.

Summer time activities

So summer has officially started. Dance and preschool ended back in June. Madison did great at her rehearsal. Here is a picture of her in her dance outfit.

Today was Friday Fun Day.

This is such a busy time of year for us, well me at least with running Madison around to all of her activities. I feel bad for poor Jenna as she doesn't have anything going on yet. But starting next week her and I both get to go to swimming lessons, she will be starting parent-tot swim. Next weekend we have a family reunion, we haven't seen some of this side of the family for around 5 years. Crazy! But living far away does that. At the end of this month we will be going camping close to where I used to live in Carson, its called Panther Creek campground. I literally used to live about 3 miles from that. It's in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. Then at the end of August we will be going camping with some of our good friends up at La Wis Wis campground again.

Unfortunately we aren't really doing much for today the 4th. Later tonight we will be going to the TRAC to watch the fireworks. The girls get so excited for it because they get to stay up late and all.

Tomorrow we are going fish with the girls for the first time and I can hardly wait. I'll be sure and post some pictures of that as well.
